These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and cb9999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://cb9999.club, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and all associated account, payment, and bonus services.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. cb9999 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification and payment processing purposes.

3.3 Verification. cb9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identity card, passport, proof of address, or mobile wallet ownership confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cb9999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. 5.2 Own-Name Payments Only. 6.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. cb9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account in good standing will remain subject to its original terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on cb9999 are subject to the platform's acceptance and the availability of the relevant market. cb9999 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in full or in part, without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until the platform displays an explicit acceptance confirmation.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or a technical fault — cb9999 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account. cb9999 will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event result.

7.3 Game Outcomes. 7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, cb9999's system will resolve the round according to its normal procedures. The outcome of any game round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will stand as determined by the platform's server-side record, which is the authoritative record in all disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cb9999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:
